A: We employ 200+ people throughout the year.
Q: How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
A: 72 hours is the best, however, we are in the business of short term placement.
Q: How much do I tip?
A: Based on service, quality and personal discretion, a cash gratuity may be given. 25% is the usual standard.
Q: Can I reserve a specific person for my upcoming party?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I hire any of your staff for my restaurant?
A: No. We are not in the business of permanent placement. All of our staff have signed contracts on file.
Q: May I provide a different uniform?
A: Yes.
